Mr. Cobb has structured arrangements to align financial incentives between the various participants in the healthcare financing and delivery arena, including package pricing of hospital and physician services for selected procedures, developing provider network reimbursement arrangements, contracting with payers on behalf of physicians and hospitals, and implementing medical benefit plan designs that represent a significant change from the status quo. He has also been involved in the development and implementation of income sharing arrangements among affiliated physicians, and determining acceptable salary levels for employed physicians in a variety of specialties.
