Professional Summary

Ms. Kohler's entire twenty-year career has been in
the medical area, beginning in medical laboratory diagnostics and
research. Her management expertise has developed while working with
over 200 physicians in both private and academic practices. She
earned her MBA in Health Organization Management at Texas Tech
University.
Ms. Kohler has extensive experience in development
of physician compensation plans, practice mergers, physician
recruitment, development of marketing strategies, clinical operations,
cost and budget management, and oversight of numerous clinical facility
construction projects.
She is a change agent and has been recognized for
her ability to set direction, and lead the journey in a number of group
practice endeavors. Ms. Kohler has led large multi-specialty groups and
single specialty groups, each time leading the way for the team of
physicians and staff to provide the highest quality of service and care.
Negotiator and Communicator
Ms. Kohler has significant experience in agreement
development and negotiation. Her skills usually result in mutually
winning situations for both parties. Her communication skills serve
well in her leadership, setting vision and mapping direction for her
organizations.
Technology
Ms. Kohler has an in-depth knowledge and has
developed expertise in the use of technology in today's medical
practice. She has been the administrative leader in various Practice
Management Systems selection and implementations, EMR projects, PACS
installations, Voice Recognition, Lab and Imaging Management Systems,
and document management projects. She is often invited to speak on
state and national levels on the exacting use of Technology in medical
practices.
Servant Leadership
Ms. Kohler's personal commitment is to that of
Servant Leadership. She is both a public speaker and author in this
discipline with a dedication to practicing it daily.
